One of the founding members of Walentine O’Toole, LLP, Betty has over 30 years of litigation experience in the state and federal courts of Nebraska, including significant appellate experience. Betty received her undergraduate degree from Rosary College (now Dominican University), and her law degree from Creighton University, where she was a member of the Creighton Law Review. Betty is admitted to practice in Nebraska state and federal courts.
