Brad Entwistle has been part of Walentine O’Toole’s litigation team since 2019. As a litigator, Brad represents clients in a wide variety of industries including insurance defense, commercial disputes, and creditors’ rights matters. He is skilled at achieving the goals of his clients and is communicative and supportive throughout the litigation process.
Brad is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota. While he is effective in resolving disputes in mediation and arbitration, he is experienced in representing his clients at trial as well. Brad has argued on behalf of clients at the Nebraska Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. His goal is to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients, and he utilizes all of the litigation tools available to do so.
Prior to joining Walentine O’Toole, Brad served as a law clerk in Iowa Judicial District 1B in Waterloo, Iowa where he worked closely with the District Court Judges.
Brad obtained his law degree from the University of Iowa. During law school, he interned with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Iowa and worked as a fellow with the Wisconsin Department of Justice. Prior to law school, Brad graduated magna cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College, where he studied political science and served as captain of the tennis team. Originally from South Dakota, Brad enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his wife, Ellie.
