Associate Kyle McMichael joined Walentine O’Toole in May 2022 as a law clerk and became an Associate in September 2024. Kyle represents clients in estate planning, business planning, and litigation matters, offering comprehensive legal strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Kyle graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earning a degree in accounting with a minor in criminology and criminal justice. His experience working at a local accounting firm during college gave him a strong foundation in handling complex tax issues, a skill he leverages in his legal practice. He received his law degree from the Nebraska College of Law, further refining his business and tax law expertise.

A Lincoln native, Kyle enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, watching sports, and golfing.
