After 17 years serving as in-house counsel providing business-oriented legal advice and structuring complex domestic and international transactions for companies big and small, Lisa has returned to private practice. Lisa’s most recent position at a fortune 50 entity, focused on contract matters, product reviews, and deal structuring, with a core emphasis on tax and international tax law.
She is committed to ensuring efficient and thorough legal responses to dynamic corporate law needs, developing comprehensive estate plans, and supporting creditor rights, through a commercial collections practice. At Walentine O’Toole, Lisa’s mission is to provide strategic legal solutions that align client’s organizational and business goals while mitigating risk. Lisa also provides estate planning, trust administration, and probate legal services to her clients.
